Shikhar KC is a cybersecurity engineer with a strong interest in digital safety and community impact. He holds a B.S. in Biology from SUNY Old Westbury and completed an intensive cybersecurity engineering program at Flatiron School. His path into technology began in 2019 when he built his first PC, an experience that sparked his passion for cybersecurity. At Flatiron, Shikhar led a capstone project focused on identifying real-world infrastructure vulnerabilities and developing long-term security strategies, including the creation of a Security Operations Center and the implementation of advanced threat detection systems.
Shikhar brings a hands-on, collaborative approach to his work, combining technical skills with real-world problem-solving. In his free time, he enjoys drawing, painting, watching movies, working out, and volunteering in his community.

Érico Ferry is a visual artist, composer, cultural producer and sound designer from Teresina, state of Piauí, Brazil. Érico has a degree in music from the Federal University of Piauí and specializes in Art History. As a composer, he has a studio album with his band Artificial Complex and several partnerships for soundtracks for dance pieces, short films and documentaries.
He has participated in several group and individual exhibitions. His main work as a visual artist is in oil painting, moving between different influences and mixing aspects of contemporary times with other periods.
Regardless of the technical strategies adopted, his greatest interest lies in the emotional and psychological content of his works and the honesty about the themes he usually presents.

Shiwani KC is a Nepalese immigrant who moved to the U.S. at the age of 13. She is currently in her gap year and plans to attend medical school in the near future. She earned her B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California, Davis, and has been working as an EMT and STEM tutor in Los Angeles since graduating. Shiwani joined Párrafo because of her love for poetry, storytelling, and supporting thoughtful work. She was excited to take on the behind-the-scenes logistics so the PhD student editors could focus on their creative vision.
Outside of the magazine, Shiwani enjoys exploring new places, watching movies and TV shows, and volunteering in health-related spaces. Her work, grounded in both discipline and imagination, reflects her long-term goal of building a more just and compassionate healthcare system.
